1. Our Commitment

Modern technology has undoubtedly enhanced the quality of our lives, but it has also contributed to the growing problem of electronic waste. As a technology company, Arvixa Technologies recognises its responsibility to manage electronic waste generated through our operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, in line with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 issued by India's Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

2. What Is E-Waste

E-waste refers to discarded electrical or electronic equipment — such as laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, networking equipment, mobile devices, and their accessories — that have reached the end of their useful life.

3. Why Recycle

Conserve resources: Recycling recovers valuable materials, reducing the need to mine or manufacture new raw materials.
Save energy: Producing new electronics takes far more energy than recycling and reusing existing components.
Prevent pollution: Improper disposal of electronics can release hazardous substances into soil, water and air.

4. How We Manage E-Waste

IT equipment used internally (laptops, desktops, networking hardware) is used through its full lifecycle and upgraded only when necessary.
End-of-life equipment is handed over only to authorised e-waste recyclers/collection agencies registered under the applicable rules, and never disposed of with regular waste.
Devices containing client or business data are securely wiped before being decommissioned or handed over for recycling.
We encourage employees and vendors to follow the same responsible disposal practices.

If you are an individual or business looking to responsibly dispose of IT equipment, we encourage you to use an authorised e-waste collection centre in your city.

5. Employee & Vendor Responsibility

All employees and vendors handling IT assets on Arvixa's behalf are expected to follow this policy and hand over any decommissioned equipment through the designated internal process rather than disposing of it independently.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this E-Waste Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable regulations or our internal practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
