At Arvixa Technologies, protecting our clients, candidates and partners from fraud is a priority. This page explains the common tactics fraudsters use while impersonating Arvixa, and how you can protect yourself.
2. Recognising Common Types of Fraud
- Fake job offers: Messages claiming to offer employment or freelance work at Arvixa in exchange for an upfront "registration" or "training" fee.
- Phishing emails/messages: Emails or WhatsApp messages that impersonate Arvixa's domain or staff, asking you to click suspicious links or share OTPs, passwords or payment details.
- Fake vendor/payment requests: Requests claiming to be from Arvixa asking for advance payments to bank accounts or UPI IDs not listed on our official website.
- Impersonation on social media: Fake profiles or pages using the Arvixa name or logo to solicit money or personal information.
3. How You Can Protect Yourself
- Verify any communication claiming to be from Arvixa through our official channels: grow@arvixa.com or +91 99826 46293.
- Double-check website URLs — our official domain is arvixa.com. Be cautious of look-alike domains with extra letters or different extensions.
- Arvixa will never ask for advance payment to a personal bank account/UPI ID, nor ask for your OTP, password, or card PIN over call, email or message.
- We never charge candidates a fee to apply for or be considered for a role at Arvixa.
If in doubt, always confirm directly with us before making any payment or sharing sensitive information.
4. What to Do if You Suspect Fraud
- Do not respond, click any link, or make any payment.
- Report it to us immediately at grow@arvixa.com with details/screenshots of the suspicious communication.
- If you have already shared financial information or made a payment, contact your bank immediately to secure your account and dispute the transaction.
- You may also report the incident to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: cybercrime.gov.in or the Cyber Crime Helpline (1930).
5. Arvixa's Action Against Fraud
We take reports of fraud and impersonation seriously. Where verified, we act to have fraudulent pages, profiles or listings taken down, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating such matters.
Disclaimer: Arvixa will never ask for your password, OTP, card PIN, or any confidential financial information over phone, email, or message. Any such request claiming to be from Arvixa should be treated as fraudulent.
